Refund and Return Policy

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made within 5 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first.

Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accommodated due to immediate processing by our shipping partners.

⚠️ Note: Prepaid orders are not eligible for a refund upon cancellation. In such cases, a credit voucher of the same amount will be issued, which can be used for future purchases on Brinita.

Damaged or incorrect orders may still be eligible for replacement or refund as per our policy.

Replacement / Exchange

"Rooted in our parents' legacy, Brinita teas are packed with care. As a consumable product, returns are not permitted."

However, if something doesn't arrive as it should, we are always here to make it right through a replacement or exchange, under the following circumstances.

Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery, with the issue clearly mentioned — your feedback helps us serve you better.

You are eligible for a Replacement / Exchange if:

We stand by the freshness of every blend, but if your experience feels off, contact us within 5 days. Tell us what didn't feel right — and we'll ensure it's resolved with care.

Please Note: Brinita does not accept returns. Replacement or exchange is offered only in the situations mentioned above.

Refunds

At Brinita, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Refunds are considered only in rare situations where an issue cannot be resolved through our Replacement or Exchange Policy.

All refund requests are subject to internal quality checks, and necessary proof (photos/unboxing video) must be shared. Our Customer Support team will notify you once your request has been reviewed and approved.

Prepaid Order Cancellations

Prepaid order cancellations are not eligible for a direct refund. Instead, a credit voucher of the same value will be issued, which can be redeemed on future purchases at Brinita.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days

Refunds will be credited only to the original mode of payment

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery, or without valid proof, may not be eligible
